Fantastic costumer service and ethics I'm new in town and had only dealt with the service department, which was so great that it brought me back wondering if the sales department would be I'm new in town and had only dealt with the service department, which was so great that it brought me back wondering if the sales department would be equally courteous when I decided to trade my Toyota Highlander. From the moment I walked into the dealership, the tone was casual, respectful, friendly and helpful. These guys know what they have: quality cars, top notch costumer service and personable sales people. As a woman buying my first car alone, I did not feel pressured or talked down to, which I appreciated a great deal. The numbers were straight forward and if you do your research before you go in, you'll understand that they are reasonable, fair and want to help you find what you need. I also really appreciated the fact that (unlike a competing dealership nearby) I did not hear any negative comments about their competitors, the manager put down the sales person for offering me too good a deal or complains about their own people. No one played the "evil manager/ nice salesman" game or any other, for that fact. Instead I saw them trying their best to help me get the best deal in financing from a number of banks. They dealt with my own credit union (among others) and acted on my behalf to get them to match a fantastic interest rate that would fit my needs. People here work as a team and are happy to do so. They respect each other, their competition and above all, the costumer. From beginning to end, it was a great experience. I am glad and grateful to have done business with Phillips Toyota. They now have a loyal costumer in me and I recommend them highly above any other car dealership in the area. More

My Third Great Buying Experience at Phillips Toyota! I was already on my second Prius which was a 2012 model. While I liked the car, I was intrigued by the new safety features available on the 2016 mode I was already on my second Prius which was a 2012 model. While I liked the car, I was intrigued by the new safety features available on the 2016 model. I had read Consumer Reports' article not only about the Prius but also about the safety features. The initial review of the Prius ( full review not available because the model had just come out) was outstanding. The many changes made on the 2016 model definitely made it a standout. Additionally, the safety features available were highly rated by the magazine. I needed to get the oil changed in my existing Prius so I sent an email to the dealership requesting a test drive of the 2016 Prius. Chad Howell answered very quickly and I arranged to meet with him while my car was being serviced. I let Chad know what my priorities were -- the safety features such as Blind Spot Monitoring and Collision Avoidance-- and he walked me through exactly what was available on each level of the Prius model. We then went out and took a test drive in a Prius 2 Eco version. The ride was definitely different from my previous two Prius models-- more nimble, softer ride and quicker pick up. It felt different yet comfortingly familiar to me. When we went back inside I had to make some choices when I found that the safety features I wanted were available only on the Prius 4 which, of course, had many other features I did not specifically want ( but which are very nice!) such as a sunroof and power driver's seat. Did I want to spend the extra money and opt for the Prius 4 or save money and get a different model? While I was thinking about it Chad asked me about colors and I told him about my preferences ( mostly what I DIDN'T want). He also had my car checked for trade in value since this was also important to me. He then began to check which vehicles were due to be shipped to the dealership and found that a Prius 4 in my color choice ( Sea Glass Pearl) was coming in about 2 weeks. It was not yet spoken for. I made the decision then and there to buy the Prius 4 when I found the value offered for my 2012 model was acceptable. Added note: when I went to pick up my 2012 Prius at service I found that all costs were covered since I was trading it in. That was just a nice little bonus! I have now picked up my car and have to say that the entire buying experience was excellent. I had a question one weekend and emailed Chad on a Sunday expecting not to get an answer until Monday. To my surprise he responded just a few hours later on Sunday afternoon. Chad spent a lot of time with me getting to know the many features on my new car. He was almost as excited about it as I was!! My experience with Tom Pardo for financing was also very good. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Since this is my third vehicle purchased here, it's clear that I like this dealership and will continue to come in the future. More

Best Car buying experience ever!! We had the pleasure of working with Steve Kerns and Chad Howell. The day of the actual purchase we met CHad and he finished the papers and had us out the door in under 2 hours, and I might add he was very patient with out "lil man" whom lovesssssss to talk!! . This was the BEST experience we have ever had and I would buy from them again in a heartbeat !! Oh and let us not forget Tom in finance .. He too was amazing!! Again not to go on and on but we are thrilled with the whole experience More

He proceeded to show us all the Corolla's and explained the difference in each model and after we had chose the "S" model, he explained all the functions inside and out. When we returned a couple days later to pick up our new car, Mr Lake met us and proceeded to assist in getting all the paper work completed in a timely matter. Many thanks to Mr Lake for all his help. Mr Prado in finance gave me two email addresses that I was suppose to be able to contact him on but neither are good email addresses. More
