We came in for an oil change and ended up leaving with a new car. The service department is excellent. Our salesperson Royce was fantastic. No high pressure. Royce is very knowledgeable and very honest. Made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. We love Toyotas and Phillips Toyota is a wonderful dealership and we would highly recommend it to everyone.
