We were greeted with a smile and asked if we were looking for anyone in particular. My response was "We're looking for you.". It began my most pleasant ever while buying a car. Our salesman is Ryan King. Nothing could have been any different that would have us feel any more at ease and confident that we were being treated as fairly as possible. We only were there to have complimentary work done on my RAV4 and after my asking Wes Tabor for a price on a used Highlander, he came back with info pertaining to that used Highlander. After some discussion we decided that it did not have the options we wanted. Wes then came back with a very attractive price and trade allowance on a new Highlander and now it sits in our carport! This is my 9th Toyota since 1986 and I am quite confident this one will be just as reliable and comfortable as all the others. More

From the time my wife and I arrived at the dealership and through the whole purchasing process we were treated extremely well. Our sales representative was a pleasure to work with. I can only rate the Sales Department at this time, but I have to believe that their Service Department will be equally as good to work with. More

We are from Ohio and the leasing software was not designed to handle the Ohio tax regulations in terms of description and breakout on the lease document. The sales team did their job of getting us to make the decision on the first visit but after that things slowed down. More
