It's very rare when a sales person agrees to communicate through email. I sent an email with all the specifications for my dream car, and he replied with the best offer in the area. And I didn't have to come in person for long negotiation process. For most of the dealers this is a mandatory and frustrating step that I have no time for, because I have to work. Dan responded promptly with a definite answer to all my questions and requests. When we agreed on price, we came to ordered our new car with all 22 accessories that I wanted. The car arrived in less than 2 months from the manufacturer in Japan. As soon as the car hit the dealership, I received a phone call from them to be picked up. Thank you Dan Rovelli and all your team for a pleasant buying experience. P.S. If you ask me if I would refer Dan to my friends and family, I will definitely say YES! More
