Got a few with just slightly lower prices than Liberty quoted through email, but they were all unclear on what fees were not included in thier price. Daniel Rovelli at Liberty Subaru answered every email promptly, was transparent about what price he could offer and what fees were included. Came in and got the deal he had offered with no surprises. No hard sell, no haggling, no b.s. Test dive, financing, etc. all done in under 3 hours. Paid less than what Edmunds said was average price for my area. Solid, honest, freindly people at Liberty. Will be back in 16 years for my next car. More

At no point did he insert his recommendation...just patiently supported us as the process of weighing cost and need unfolded. My husband and I drove from upstate NY to Emerson, NJ because we understood that the dealership was considered the most transparent and professional in the region...from NY to Connecticut to NJ... and there is no question that the assessment is completely accurate. We were committed to buying a Subaru but based on our experience working with Mike Gallo I am going to encourage friends and family to skip whatever they were going to buy and at least meet with Mike. PS the time (and patience) Mike spent educating us on the countless functions was another dimension of service that was unexpected. He made sure we left fully informed and operational INCLUDING downloading all of our phone's contacts into the Bluetooth. More
