This was going to be my 1st subaru and honestly I was so turned off by the rude and unhelpful customer service by this brand that i almost gave up. Then I came across Liberty Subaru, specifically, Dan Meolo. I couldn't believe what a pleasant experience it was. I told Dan what I was looking for and he walked me through every thing with a lot of patience with a realistic time line of when to expect the car. It took exactly 8 weeks for me to get my 2022 Ascent. There were no gimmicks or tricks or hidden fees. Best part was i did this all virtually with Dan. I went into the dealership to finalize the paperwork and I wasn't hit with any surprises. Everything was exactly as discussed. It was such a pleasant experience that honestly had it not been for Liberty and Dan and rest of the crew there I wouldn't have gone with the brand after the initial horrible experiences. They have gained me as a customer for life that's for sure (that's saying a lot for a car dealer). More

Dan Cohen (the Sales Manager) has always given us bottom-line pricing without needing to negotiate. No tack-on fees EVER. Our Sales consultant for the Ascent, Jeff Miletta, could not have been more pleasant and professional. From introduction to delivery, Jeff answered all of our questions with a commanding knowledge of his product. He was extremely thorough upon delivery, explaining all aspects of our new Ascent’s operations. New cars are pretty complex and Jeff certainly touched all bases. We have always had our Subarus maintained at Liberty and have the same level of confidence in their Service Department. This will continue with our new Ascent. Again, we are loyal customers of Liberty Subaru, and for good reason. In all aspects, we really don’t feel another dealership could do better. More
