Brian and Liberty Subaru far exceeded my expectations!!!!! I was looking for a completely internet based purchase process for my new Subaru Outback. Many dealers lead you to believe that t expectations!!!!! I was looking for a completely internet based purchase process for my new Subaru Outback. Many dealers lead you to believe that they are willing to participate in an online transaction but quickly devolve into “come in and talk to a sales person”. I asked six dealerships to give me their best price online and only two responded with an actual quote. Of the two, Brian provided the best deal with the greatest amount of transparency. His answers to all of my questions were timely and showed a great deal of knowledge about the product. When I went in today to pick up my car, everything was as we had agreed upon with no surprises. The only decision I needed to make was if I wanted to buy an extended warranty. Tom Portee the Business Manager was also extremely personable and low pressure as we completed the transaction. I was in and out with a new car in hand in under two hours. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and this was by far the most efficient, transparent, and enjoyable process I have ever had. Thank you to Brian and Tom! I will do business with them again in the future. More

Although the lower end model was not in stock (I wanted to stay at my budget) Joey was able to get me the higher end version at no additional cost! We made a deal on the phone and when I showed up the next day it was the same exact agreement. I really appreciate how transparent, honest, and knowledgable Joey is. He made this such a wonderful experience. I also wanted to give praise to the energy at Liberty Subaru. It is nice to see a company where everyone works so well together and actually enjoy each other. 10 Stars Also, get the Crosstrek Limited. I am obsessed with it. More

He is more concerned with the satisfaction of the customer than in making the sale. Sounds strange but it is true. Jeff goes out of his way to make you feel at home and does what he can to ensure that you leave with the vehicle of your choice. In fact, he insists that you sleep on it before signing a sales contract! Jeff and the folks at Liberty Subaru are the reason I came back to the dealership to purchase my 2021 Outback. They treated you with respect and in today's world, that means a lot to me. I recommend Jeff and LIberty Subaru. More
