We inquired with a few dealerships via email/online, and Dan/Liberty Subaru was the only dealership that gave us a price, in writing, the first time we asked. (And,the price was great!) They gave us a fair deal on our trade in as well. Everything we discussed and agreed upon was honored, no games or gimmicks. This was, by far, the most positive car buying experience we've ever had. He was responsive to both email and iMessage, and since at the time the inventory for exactly what we wanted was low (because of COVID-related shortages), he helped us secure the perfect car for us in the middle of that. In short, if I were going to buy a car, I'd buy it from him. Again. The dealership maintained safe distances during the process (important to me and my family), and we are happy to have found this low-key dealership AND dealer. I would recommend him and his dealership without reservation, and this was our first time buying a new car!! Tom made the financing portion as simple as it can be (with all of the signings).
