He was not aggressive in his sales pitch, was thorough in his explanations, and patient as I asked a myriad of questions. I especially appreciated his break down of the specific costs regarding the vehicle. I had a negative experience with Ramsey Subaru and was surprisingly pleased with the honesty and openness at Liberty Subaru. My salesperson, Nilsson Guzman, was extremely nice and really listened to what my needs were. He gave me all the facts on the cars I was interested in, took time on the test drive to answer my questions, and was very fair when discussing pricing, never pushing me on any added items. The sales manager, Dan Meola, was fantastic. After purchasing a half dozen cars in my lifetime, I can honestly say Dan was the best sales manager I ever worked with and the most accommodating. He gave me an excellent price on the car and was extremely fair on my trade in. Even more important was the way he treated me, with kindness and generosity. When there was a half hour delay in picking up my new car, he went out of his way to make sure I remained satisfied (which I was). He also followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was enjoying my new car. The whole experience working with Liberty Subaru was first class! More
