When I met him in person, he was very friendly and relatable and under Dan was very helpful and straightforward from our first communication onwards. When I met him in person, he was very friendly and relatable and understood our needs and didn't try any of the common aggressive sales tactics that I had been used to in the past. I was in control and was able to think through my purchase and Dan was there to assist me by answering any questions I had. I got a great price on the vehicle and a good price on my trade. Tom then helped me with financing and extended warranties and gave me a great price out of the gate and didn't rush or pressure me. I ended up getting a 8 year plan because that's what I wanted. He was friendly and relatable and easy going and made me feel at home. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional! The only issue I ran into had nothing to do with them at all, but with my insurance company being slow to issue my cards. The next time I'm shopping for a Subaru, I wouldn't hesitate to give Dan a call. More
