Jeremy Vasquez from Liberty Subaru responded in writing detailing specifics in his proposal. The other two dealers provided teasers with higher prices and just wanted me to come in. I bought the car from Liberty Subaru where Jeremy explained all of the high tech features with patience and clarity. The rest of the team were also helpful in explaining and expediting the contract. I did not experience any pressure to buy additional options. Jeremy did follow up several times regarding questions (non-techie that I am) and said I should call with ANYTIME. Like visiting with family I have been a car guy all my life and owned all the luxury brands you can think of over the years, and for the first time in 46 years of marriage I'm I have been a car guy all my life and owned all the luxury brands you can think of over the years, and for the first time in 46 years of marriage I'm not the first call if my wife has a car issue, or thinks she does, worth the price alone. We have been customers of Liberty Subaru since 2011 and recently purchased our second Outback, they tend to last. Our 2020 Outback Touring XT has checked every change I would have asked for. We loved our 2011 Outback and the new car is familiar but better in every way. Liberty Subaru has made every routine service visit a pleasant experience, and the car has performed beyond expectations. We were apprehensive at first, our first Subaru, for AWD we had Audi's and GMC Envoys so we leased but after a year we bought the Outback outright and have been happy with our purchases, and I just put a hundred miles on a friends Rolls Royce, feeling no car envy at all. The purchase of our new car was as pleasant as our service visits over the years, Jeff, Tom, and Danny are our car family.
