Purchased my 2018 Outback at Liberty Subaru based on reviews listed on DealerRater. We were greated by Tom Quinn on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Tom was very sensitive to the fact that I needed to purchase a vehicle, had a limited time to shop because my mom on hospice living with me, and that I was interested in test driving a Crosstrek, Forester & an Outback. Tom straight out asked me what I was looking for in a car & explained the differences in each model. I gave him an idea of what I was looking to spend and he told me what was available within those parameters. I appreciated that he did not try to sell me on any additional features or upgrades....he actually steered me away from a car that was out of my price range without explanation & put me back on track. (I LOVED THE COLOR!). In the first time in my history of purchasing a vehicle, I FELT NO PRESSURE AT ALL. We did end up purchasing an Outback with more upgrades but that was because we decided to treat ourselves, not because Tom pressured us. Tom Portee assisted us with paperwork & financing & he was equally great. He also was sensitive to my time constraints and helped to get us in and out quickly. Overall, it was a terrific experience and I LOVE MY SUBARU! More

He gave me all the information I needed and so, it was very easy for me to make an informed decision. He gave me a clear idea on my expected APR and I got the price I was looking for. Mr. Tom Portee is also very friendly and was very quick to finish up all the paper works. They made sure the car had full tank of gas when I picked it up. They got me my license plates and registration saving me a trip to the DMV! All in all, I had a wonderful experience at the Liberty Subaru in Emerson.
