Today was the first time we've ever bought a new car from a dealership....in fact my wife and I were not in the market for a new vehicle at all, until Today was the first time we've ever bought a new car from a dealership....in fact my wife and I were not in the market for a new vehicle at all, until a week or so ago when our main car broke beyond repair. We went in and first talked to Tom, who was very thoughtful of our unique situation, and immediately made us feel at ease with this new experience. Tom explained a couple of the options that they would look into for us, then introduced us to Brad and Mike. Both of them were very personable, and listened to our needs and came up with a deal that worked out perfectly. There was no pressure at all throughout the whole process, in fact we felt like we were dealing with long time friends the whole time. I will definitely be recommending all 3 of them to anyone looking to buy a car. Oh, and we love the new Escape! More
