Did not appreciate his Sales Mgr or Mr. Stegeman prying into my personal financial business when I expressed it was none of their concern!! also, detail Dept. needs to make sure all parts of new cars are installed and cleaned. I had them remove the sticker residue that was remaining and had my Husband install the antenna, for I am too short, and the hubcaps they forgot to put on. Again, Roberto is amazing!! The others mentioned need to polish themselves a bit more. More
