Did not buy from me ... Not a priority Had consistent minor concerns with lights but once out of warranty was told the casing MELTED! I own 2011 Prius purchased out of state and was told by current service manager no idea why it melted but implied it was because we had purchased where we purchased and that the other dealer was doing something wrong. Then charged us forty dollars to tighten a bulb. Very unprofessional and rude Plainly stated that his priority lays with who purchases from his dealership. No apologies . Not who I would choose to have as a part of my team Toyota! More

However, the time was made more pleasant by a lovely chair massage - an unexpected surprise, and example of this dealership's focus upon the customer.
