I, with our nephew's knowledgeable help, had been car shopping for a number of days, off and on. We went to Niello Elk Grove BMW to see a couple of cars of possible interest, which we'd seen listed. W shopping for a number of days, off and on. We went to Niello Elk Grove BMW to see a couple of cars of possible interest, which we'd seen listed. We were greeted by Pooja Thakur as we entered the showroom. Right from the start, it was clear that she was there to help, if needed. She answered a couple of general questions without showing any of the typical intrusive banter and interrogation we'd come to expect in some other dealerships. She knew her cars and discussed the Niello inventory and specific BMW specs with confidence. When we focused on two different models, she was able to bring us right to the first, out on the lot. After viewing and questions she offered a trial drive, which we did, straightway. Afterwards, we focused on the second model which she arranged to promptly bring up to the front entrance for a review and then test drive. When we returned to the showroom, she courteously attended to us and gave us the space we wanted to discuss our thoughts about the two cars. Your sales associate, Pooja, was quite friendly, highly professional, courteous and responsive but never tried directing us toward a sale until she knew that we'd taken a sincere interest. We also saw the same helpfulness, but reserve, in the other Niello staff with whom we met afterwards in concluding a purchase. Had Pooja and your team shown any of the untoward assertiveness we'd seen elsewhere, we'd likely not have followed through to a purchase. In summary, it was a very enjoyable, refreshing shopping experience. We felt that we were treated with respect and helpfulness and that our interests and preferences were responded to in reaching a purchase agreement. All in all, we are happy with the new car, our BMW X1 M35i and look forward to a long and enjoyable driving experience. It is without reservation that we would recommend Niello BMW, Pooja, Ali our BMW "genius", and all the staff and management with whom we met, without reservation.
