Everybody was Awesome. From Manager to Finance, everybody was great. Tommy is a fair and honest salesman. They truly went above and beyond for customer service. Smooth purchase Tommy was great to work with, he made the process smooth and enjoyable. Only issue we have is the finance person did not verbally disclose the charge Tommy was great to work with, he made the process smooth and enjoyable. Only issue we have is the finance person did not verbally disclose the charge for the tire and dent warranty. We did notice the amount charged on the paperwork but it was never verbally disclosed. That made us feel like he was just trying to slip it in. Other than that everything else was great. Still giving 5 stars for Tommy. More

Very friendly, quick and easy. I went to the Ferguson GMC dealership to look at a 2020 sierra 1500 that I saw advertised on line. The truck was the exact truck - sticker number as I went to the Ferguson GMC dealership to look at a 2020 sierra 1500 that I saw advertised on line. The truck was the exact truck - sticker number as the one that was listed on line. The price was the same as listed. There was no bait and switch. I was offered a fair trade-in for my vehicle and I bought the truck. This was a very positive, friendly and professional transaction from start to finish.
