I won’t go anywhere else! They are the best in every department…awesome people! Hands down the best sales, Finanal…Hannah is amazing. I’m so glad I shopped around and found Lugoff Toyota. Best move I ever made. Thanks everyone at Lugoff Toyota for your great customer service in every part of your dealership. I went in to get my oil changed. The process of them keying my info in was very fast. Normally at other Toyota dealerships I’ll be waiting for hours for a basic oil change. Scheduled an 80K appointment with MR Hancock for 1:00 PM TUE, 31 AUG. Arrived 10 min early & precisely at 1:02 PM mechanic moved car to service bay. Can't top that! Waiting area clean, comfortable with D TUE, 31 AUG. Arrived 10 min early & precisely at 1:02 PM mechanic moved car to service bay. Can't top that! Waiting area clean, comfortable with Discovery Channel playing on TV. MR Hancock stop by to give an update on service's progress. Buggy needed wheel alignment service so I requested wheel balancing. Less than 2 hr after arriving car was finished. Unquestionably... A+ for MR Hancock, mechanics & Lugoff Toyota! More

I can't recall a bad experience, just excellence. The service team had been consistently helpful and not pushing extra services, though so keeping me informed. I like to wrench on most of my 4Runner's n service team had been consistently helpful and not pushing extra services, though so keeping me informed. I like to wrench on most of my 4Runner's needs myself. I've found the team equally willing to hero and answer questions regardless of if it's then or me under the hood. I also appreciate that they've always been willing to let me speak directly with the mechanic who is/has worked on the vehicle. Addituonslly, sometimes I want them to do the work in order to get a second set of eyes across the entire truck or if the task is beyond me. I appreciate that they don't require me to use their fluids etc, so I save a lot on some services by bringing my own items which match the user manual requirements. In all, I recommend them if you specifically need to go to a dealer. More
