Best car buying experience yet!! For me purchasing a new vehicle has always been somewhat nerve-racking and stressful, but that was not the case at Zimmerman Honda. Tony was so great to work with and made the whole process easy and hassle-free!! He was very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. Tony worked very hard to help get me to a payment I was comfortable with and into the car I loved!! I appreciated the time he took to explain the technology and different gadgets in the CR-V. Kyle was very helpful also! He explained all the paperwork and didn't try to push any extra options. I will definitely recommend Tony to anyone I know looking to buy a car!! I can't thank you both enough for all your hard work and kindness!! I love my Honda CR-V!! More

1st Car Buying Experience A few days ago I went through the process of purchasing my first car. Zimmerman Honda in Moline was a great help in this confusing process as this is A few days ago I went through the process of purchasing my first car. Zimmerman Honda in Moline was a great help in this confusing process as this is not something taught in school (graduating college in a few weeks). I am like most people and I did all of my research online. I was then able to negotiate a price with the online team that responded very quickly (about 1 hour or less). After just a few emails, we were able to agree on a price. Then, the sale associate that I worked with was super energetic and understanding of what I wanted to get done. I even went through the process of trading in my old car. So I did about everything I could in terms of buying a new car and the staff was very nice and helpful. It didn't matter who I was interacting with, they were all willing to speak with me and help me. They were also very helpful with first time buyers at explaining the process and paperwork. I spent most of my physical time with the sales associate Tony and did the internet pricing through Marty. Both were very helpful. I would highly recommend Tony if you are looking for a great salesman who is willing to help you. While he was busy at the end of the month (speaks to how good he is), he is able to make plenty of time for you and go way beyond the average salesman to get you the best deal and make sure you are completely satisfied with your car! More

Service was Exceptional Our lease was up on one car. We liked the Civic and Accord so much we traded in our other car too and left with two new cars. He listened to MY wants and needs. His personality is a so fun and made my car shopping/buying experience AMAZING!! Kyle Ruser made the financials “painless” and speedy. Kyle had a very personal and warm personality which is needed when you are financing a large amount on a vehicle. Tony and Kyle are a fabulous team and I give them both 10 out 10!! Have already recommended them to family and friends. Blake Pelland stepped up and answered questions as well when Tony and Kyle were out of the dealership. He assisted me with obtaining information form a financial institution so it would continue to expedite the process and not have to sit and wait until the next day. What a great team of associates at Zimmerman!! More
