On Saturday, went to this dealership to look at a new truck. Found one online that I really liked. It was $85,000 which is fine, exactly what I expected. Met a salesman in the lot and he pulled the truck truck. Found one online that I really liked. It was $85,000 which is fine, exactly what I expected. Met a salesman in the lot and he pulled the truck out and we went for a drive. Perfect, love the truck. Showed him my trade (2024 Silverado which I own outright). He brought out the sales manager and the used car manager and they looked. Spoke with both of them. After waiting nearly two hours, we were told there was a medical emergency in the dealership that they had to attend to. I understood, left my name and number with the salesman and left with the agreement and understanding that he would call me on Monday. Monday waited for the call, nothing. So Monday evening I called the salesman to find out what was going on and he informed me he no longer worked at the dealership. He said he would give my number to another salesman, "Mark", and I would hear from him. After an hour or so I called the dealership and asked for the sales manager, Tony. I was told Tony was with another customer and would call be back immediately when he was done. I have received no call, no message, no contact at all from the dealership. I was planning on purchasing an $85,000 vehicle from them, not anymore. If my $85,000 deal isn't worth the time to return a phone call, I will find another dealership that will call me back. I hope someone from the corporate office sees this review and reaches out to make this right, it is unbelievable that this dealership isn't concerned about making money or customer service. More
