I have bought numerous Subaru Outbacks at this Dealership from Steve Neilly. Steve goes above and beyond to make his customer’s happy. I also have 5 stars I would give to Landon for all he does working with from Steve Neilly. Steve goes above and beyond to make his customer’s happy. I also have 5 stars I would give to Landon for all he does working with customer going over all the bells and whistles of their new car. This dealership is very hard working and everyone their is very friendly and very helpful. I went in Friday for an oil change in my 2022 Subaru Outback and came out with a New 2022 Subaru Ascent the business Manager really went out of his way to make a sweet deal for me. I would strongly recommend this dealership over anyone else. LOU FUSZ SUBARU YOU ROCK!!!!!! More

Best car buying experience we've ever had! Dave Brunk was amazing. He went above and beyond, staying late to make sure we could drive off the lot in a new car that day while still taking ample Dave Brunk was amazing. I, personally, do not find purchasing a car as a pleasurable experience. But in this case it was not a bad or annoying experience in least. Randy Page, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable of t pleasurable experience. But in this case it was not a bad or annoying experience in least. Randy Page, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable of the product, patient with my questions and concerns as well as demonstrating a very professional work ethic. Tony in the finance department was equally helpful and patient. There is so much to mentally absorb in both selecting the right vehicle and options as well as the financing and warranty provisions. It's refreshing to have a positive, no-nonsense experience at a car dealership. This is especially true given the current situation with the pandemic and the chip shortage. More

Vehicle was ready to go when I arrived. I found a different one I liked better, and there was no problem looking at something different. Subaru’s were on our list of vehicles to rule-in or rule-out as we began a search for a new car for the wife. We did not like the Sunset Hills, Ballwin, or Creve Coeur dealerships; and then we ran int rule-out as we began a search for a new car for the wife. We did not like the Sunset Hills, Ballwin, or Creve Coeur dealerships; and then we ran into Dave Brunk at the Lou Fusz St. Peters dealership. As the wife and I were just looking at vehicles, he introduced himself to her first, and I wanted to see if he would keep his attention focused on her as I walked up – and he did (good)! He was very attentive in listening to my wife’s needs, wants and concerns on the (3) models we were considering. He was never pushy nor wanted us to make a selection or choice ‘right then’. He did not pester us with phone calls, texts or emails; just try giving your contact info to a Napleton dealership – yikes! Now since this was just after the start of the plant shutdowns, inventory was very lean. Dave did his best to find us a new or used model to test-drive after we narrowed down our list. We were not in a rush to have to have a car ‘today’ and we eventually progressed to a final decision and ordered a 2021 Forester with him, from the Ota, Gunma plant in Japan. Turns out, you really CAN beat a Leta!!! This was the best sales experience I and the wife have ever had, Dave made the ordering process easy, and he worked HARD to get us the best deal possible – a better deal than I was going after…!!! I do recommend Dave and the Fusz, St. Peter’s dealership, and will seek him out when we need another. More
