It was a little difficult to get ahold of Brain through the automated phone system. Had to call and hit number 2 to get to the actual service department (status of vehicle in service) to get to Brian. Has the automated phone system. Had to call and hit number 2 to get to the actual service department (status of vehicle in service) to get to Brian. Has nothing to do with kia west or Brian but the phone system needs work. They told me for 3 months they had emailed him and he said he never got one. Brian then told me it is a central call center that reaches out to the dealership or around that matter. Anyway Brian did great and was very helpful and got the resolve I was looking for. Thank you Brian! More
