We experienced top notch service from the beginning through to the finance dept. Pristine and comfortable dealership and Bob Caputo was bar none the greatest sales person. Over Achievers!!!! The Experience was over the top with customer service and customer satisfaction!!!! The staff ran a multi-point inspection, updated recalled fuel injector, and replaced the battery. I came in for a routine oil change and was pleasantly surprised by the willingness to preform many addittional functions the same. I was sooooo grateful for this service and all in the same day. I travel from the city's Bronzeville area to come to Joe Rizza of Orland for their Outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction everytime!!!! More

Very very good. I cannot think of anything I could say that this service department needs to improve. It may be a bigger reason than I have realized how much that has played into me choosing to own 7 Acura vehicles since then. I like the sales, finance, and parts guys as well. It is all very good.
