My dad and I have continued service with Lexus of Sac since he bought his 2004 RX 330 back in 2009. He now owns a 2012 RX 350, and I have since acquired the RX 330. Given the age and mileage of my car, I’ve recently encountered some repairs that really any garage could probably take care of. Although I’ve chosen to return to Lexus of Sac because the service is guaranteed, the customer service is exceptional, and the quality relationship with the service team. More

I really appreciated the service I received from Christina. She was able to address all my concern and accommodate me with a service appointment for that morning. Note: This is not a reflection on Tracey, Christina or the mechanic that worked on my car which provided excellent service. This is a comment with the person working the driveway intake who approach me when I arrived for service. He informed me that I could not talk to Christina regarding my car service and that I could not request a specific service writer and that he would assign me a service writer for my car service. I had previously talked to Tracey regarding this appointment but when I called in on Monday I was informed she was sick so I was assisted by Christina who confirmed the appointment. I don’t know if that is normal protocol but I found it rude when I was told I could not talk to Christina when in fact she assisted in procuring my service appointment when Tracey was not available due to illness. More
