The cost of repairs was nearly the value of the car, so I elected to replace rather than repair my auto. My sales rep, Charlie Ubel, was wonderful to work with. He understood my needs and my financial situation and worked hard on my behalf to find a used auto that met my wants, and financial limitations. I am very happy with the transaction and my purchase experience. More
