First Rate and Personable Sean was personable, approachable and most importantly authentic in the process of our transaction. Friendly and helpful We were looking for a new vehicle that had a manual transmission and fun to drive. Jack was able to show us the dealership’s selection of BRZ and WRX We were looking for a new vehicle that had a manual transmission and fun to drive. Jack was able to show us the dealership’s selection of BRZ and WRX STI vehicles in stock but we came back to the only WRX STI 50th Anniversary Edition available on the lot. Price negotiations went as expected but surprisingly with no pressure or guile. Jack helped us obtain a fair price within a reasonable time. Traci helped us fill out our financial paperwork, explained all of the warranty, maintenance, security system, and protective coating offered, and helped us customize the services and programs we wanted. Overall, a very good and pleasant car buying experience. More

Sean was the most pleasant sales person I’ve dealt with at any dealership. He was not pushy at all, and waited until I was ready to buy the car. Traci was also phenomenal. She was extremely knowledgeable and made the signing process painless. She answered every question I had with ease. Like Sean, she was not pushy at all, which always makes the process a lot more pleasant. My interaction with Terry was brief, but I was in need of a keychain, so he gave me a few for free. I thought this was extremely nice and was the “cherry on top” for the whole experience. If you’re in the Tucson area and you need a car, Tucson Subaru is the place to go. We plan on using them for the rest of our lives. More
