ALWAYS 5 star treatment at Tucson Subaru I have purchased so many cars in my life, I have lost count. In 2013 we discovered Tucson Subaru and Trent Nichols, and have never looked back. We just bought our 3rd Subaru, a stunning 2018 Crosstrek Limited, and have purchased 2 used cars here too. This deal was so important to us and both Trent and Traci were attentive, and as always going above and beyond. We always refer all our friends to our "car guy" and have lost count of friends and family who have bought, and been so satisfied with their experience with Trent and Tucson Subaru. I was used to a lot of high-pressure sales tactics from other dealers around town. Never even got a hint of that here. They were up front, never pushed harder than a casual mention for extra packages and stuff I didn’t want, and helped me figure out where I could find what I was looking for. I had never gone through the process of purchasing a new car (or really anything of the price level of a car), and I never felt taken advantage of for that fact. Sean worked with me to get a price that worked, and I didn’t feel like my lack of experience was used as a chip. Beyond that, everyone I worked with was friendly and pleasant. As I said before, there was never even a whiff of high pressure sales tactics or anyone treating me less seriously for my age or lack of experience, which was something I definitely encountered at other dealers around town in my search. In fact, the only time it came up was in mentioning aspects of the car buying process I may not have known. This was my first new car purchase experience, and I left feeling good. I felt good about the price I paid, I felt good about the car I got, and I felt good that the dealer was going to stand behind their product and not try to pressure me down the road. More

Very helpful and people were kind. I thought the salesmen were honest and not pushy. They were willing to listen to our needs as well as address them. The only problem i had was their unwillingness to take our used truck off our hands because the head gaskets were bad. So my parents wound up leaving the truck at the mechanics. They just wanted at least $250 dollars for it but the dealership was unwilling to accomdate their needs. They are 85 and 81. You would think the dealership could have at least offered something and taken the truck to salvage. More
