They went through the car fixing what needed to be fixed, it then went to detail . I picked the car up and I love it. The service from Kevin was great , he kept me informed , even came in on his day off to deliver the car. Service was great every thing is working and I love this car. My salesman, Anthony Taormina was GREAT from the beginn Normally a person thinks of buying a car as a long, grueling experience. Not at Tucson Subaru. My salesman, Anthony Taormina was GREAT from the beginning & all the way through the buying experience. He listened to what I wanted & needed, took me for several test drives in different models and even took me in the back lot to actually SEE the colors so I could pick what I liked best. He answered all my questions, (some I asked more than once) and also explained the leasing process to me, (which I ended up doing). I did not feel rushed or pressured at any time. The atmosphere of the dealership is clean, pleasant & there is always lots of really good coffee & fresh fruit & other snacks. Just when you think there is no more, it's pet friendly too!! When it came time to sign the papers, Traci Roberts helped me through and explained everything thoroughly, where I had a lot more questions and she answered them all. Both Anthony & Traci have made themselves available to me at any time I might need something else, (more questions probably). This was truly a pleasant experience and hey, bonus, I also got the car of my dreams!! More

He has a sense of humor, and quickly becomes a best friend! And he is sensitive to the customer's needs. Importantly, Joe is very knowledgeable about Subarus! We were not looking forward to the process of choosing a car that will need to last for years; it can be difficult to make such a decision. Joe asked us what we were looking for, and the first Forester he showed us was the one! Great car, great salesman. Working with Tracy in finance was such a blessing. We had to make some tough choices, and Traci was there to help us, hold our hands, makes us smile and laugh, and work our way through the finance process. Couldn't have done it without her! She offered to help us with a related concern, and I so appreciate that. I highly recommend Joe and Traci! And I can't say enough about the Subaru Forester! He was extremely helpful and straightforward about cars and financing. He never pushed cars or deals, but always remained true to our preferences. Start to finish took roughly 3 hours, which was not at all unpleasant. More
