Just bought my first car! I’ve been researching a new car for quite some time, and had settled on finding a used Hyundai Elantra GT a while ago. I finally found one that fit my I’ve been researching a new car for quite some time, and had settled on finding a used Hyundai Elantra GT a while ago. I finally found one that fit my needs/criteria on Saturday February 3rd, and filled out the info for them to contact me since I was curious about whether the car had a spare tire and jack kit (it did), and Kevin promptly contacted me later that morning. I stopped in after work that day and talked to him about everything, looked at the car and got a general idea of what everything would cost me. Fast forward to Monday, I came in, did a more thorough look over of the car with Kevin, and did a test drive, and by that time, I was pretty much sold on the car. After that, he was a huge help in getting me more or less set up with Finance to finalize everything, and him and Traci were very patient in helping me figure out all the legal language and stuff behind what I was signing. They were also an extreme pleasure to deal with the entire time, they’re such wonderful people. Kevin even went so far as to take a picture with me shaking my hand to mark a pretty momentous part of my life, so I cannot thank him enough for what he’s done for me. Thank you, Kevin and Traci, and everyone else at Tucson Subaru, you’re all great and if I purchase another vehicle soon, I’ll be sure to go through you again! More

He asked how much I wanted to spend and I explained I didn't actually want to spend anything and was only buying a car because my car got totaled in a wreck. He empathized and asked how much I was willing to spend. He listened and understood since I was unprepared for purchase I did not have a down payment. Not once did he pressure me to come up with a down payment. He also had me review the dealer website for cars that were in my price range. While we were viewing the website he noticed right away that I did not favor a certain manufacturer that shall remain nameless so quit telling me about that particular brand of car. Once I had picked a vehicle, Traci Roberts took over the financial part. She was just plain nice, patient and advocated for me. What a great lady. I've already told several people that they should go to this dealer for a pleasant experience. Thank you Gil and Traci. More

Trade and Purchase Just traded in my 2017 FXT for a 2018 FXT Touring. The Internet, Finance, and Service team were all top notch and a pleasure to deal with.
