Great Customer Service All the people at Tucson Subaru are extremely friendly and helpful. The service department was so helpful with servicing our 2015 Outback. While they were servicing our vehicle I bought a 2017 Outback. Kevin Gribble and Traci Roberts were fantastic in helping us through the process. As with all my Subaru experience it was excellent. They helped us transition from the old Outback to the new Outback with ease. This is my third Subaru I have purchased from Tucson Subaru and have always had an excellent experience with them. They are all so respectful when we come to visit. More

It was very relaxed and Kevin knows the vehicles will sell themselves, so he focused on helping me get familiar with the vehicle I had in mind. It was a very different experience compared to the other dealerships my wife and I visited. The test drives - both for me and later in the day my wife - were much longer as Kevin made it a point to introduce all the vehicle features to each of us while we were on the road. Sales reps at the other dealerships seemed to be mostly along for the ride during the comparatively cursory test drives. When we came back the following evening to pick up our vehicle, rather than disappearing and having us just sit around while paperwork was being completed, he took us out to the vehicle once again to continue familiarizing us with the vehicle features. He and Traci Roberts both put in long days to accommodate our availability but never made us feel the least bit rushed. This is exceptional service in my experience. Thanks too for the roses (see photo). Oh, and we love the car! More

From the time I inquired about a vehicle on the internet til the time I walked out the door with my set of keys. I had not planned on going into the dealership that day and showed up at the last minute to inquire more about the vehicle. Kevin answered all the questions I had about the vehicle and Traci answered all my questions about the financing and stayed until all paperwork was processed. They informed me that the service department would be contacting me regarding my first service for my vehicle as the service department had already closed for the day. My grandchildren who tagged along with grandma were also provided good customer service. Thank you very much. More

Purchase of Subaru Outback Sean Johnson was a consummate, knowledgeable professional. Loved working with him. Very thorough and patient. The bouquet of roses for my wife was a thoughtful touch. Wish we could say the same for Traci in Finance. Unfortunately, she came off as pushy and hard sell. Very off-putting. Friendly enough at first, but then the endless hours in her office when we should have been out and on our way home much sooner eroded the elation we'd been feeling about your dealership after working with Sean. Traci was frustratingly obsessed with selling us products we didn't want. When I told her my wife and I would discuss these "opportunities" at home later on, she told us the extended maintenance was a one time only offer that had to be completed the day of purchase. Nonsense. If it's a good deal today, it's a good deal in a week or two. Unethical, to put it mildly. The pressure in her office was discouraging, suffocating, and caused us to have serious second thoughts about the Tucson Subaru dealership. We listened to this nonsense far longer than was reasonable. Honestly, it came close to costing you a deal, and certainly soured Tucson Subaru's image in our minds. I'm polite--up to a point. Traci pushed way beyond that point, exploiting our excitement and goodwill with her insistent, fear-mongering sales pressure. Loved working with Sean. Loved the car. The Finance experience?Unpleasant. That's a shame, isn't it? We could have had a great experience. Instead we drove away somewhat disillusioned with your dealership. We'd likely still recommend you to friends--but would caution them about questionable practices in the Finance Department. More
