Exceptional service We had a great experience when we were dealing with Peter. No pressure at all and that is what I liked. When I bought my Soul Kia at Jim Click I felt We had a great experience when we were dealing with Peter. No pressure at all and that is what I liked. When I bought my Soul Kia at Jim Click I felt kidnapped and forced me to buy the car literally. On the other hand, dealing with the finance people was not as good as the sales service. Best Car-Buying Experience EVER! After shopping many other dealerships both here and in Augusta, GA, I have to say that Tucson Subaru was the most pleasant to deal with. From the start, I felt confident that Trent was working in my best interest. His integrity inspired trust which will keep me coming back and referring my friends. Trent took the time not only to share the benefits of the car I was looking at but to learn what I have been looking for in a car and ensure that it would be a good fit. I have taken an uncommonly long time shopping for a replacement SUV (at least two years!) I've been disappointed in the other dealerships with which I worked; so much so that I would not buy from them. For those wishing to avoid the common 7-9 hours spent in buying a car, this is your dealership and Trent is your man. Once I decided I wanted the Forester 2.0XT, the process fairly flew by. Trent was completely upfront about the history of the car and the pricing for the purchased vehicle as well as our trade. He took time to learn the history of my trade-in so that he would be able to share that with future customers. This I found particularly heartening. When we went on to Finance, Traci was absolutely amazing. She worked hard to get us the best rate and to ensure our warranty needs were met. She was also very friendly and personable which is in direct contrast to my experience with finance folk at other dealerships. With regard to the dealership itself, it was quite comfortable, airy and pleasant. Coffee, tea, and water were offered along with cookies which really made my six-year-old son's day! There were vending machines as well. The best part for me and my son was the children's play area; a small, glass-enclosed space just for kids. It has a touchscreen with appropriate games, toys, and books. My son was a happy camper hanging out safely while I completed my purchase. Also, COOKIES! ;) All in all, I have to say that I've never had a better car-buying experience and that I am actually looking forward to returning to Tucson Subaru when the time comes to have my car serviced. How often can you say that? I'm also thrilled with the vehicle I chose. I've never felt so secure and in-control in any other car I've driven! P.S. My Forester lived its entire life in Tucson. It was purchased from and serviced exclusively at Tucson Subaru. The issue of flood damage related to Hurricane Harvey never came up. More
