We always believe that he has our best interests at heart and cares that we really get what we want. We never feel as though it's about "making a sale" as much as it's about finding us what we're looking for. He just recently went "above and beyond" for me. He knew I really wanted a lighted vanity for the driver's side and he put a lot of effort into finding a way to do that but there was no way to do it on my particular Imprezza - so he ordered me a clip-on one from Amazon.com! We have recommended Tucson Subaru - and especially Trent - to several people when they were thinking of buying another vehicle and we'll continue to do so. Traci Roberts made the financial part go smoothly and we've also had a previous good experience with Tim Hanson. More

Drive by sale made in heaven As someone that came completely unprepared and had no intention of even getting a new vehicle, I am extremely pleased. I was driving through on a mini road trip and saw this beauty on the lot.... the jeep of my dreams at a Suabaru dealership!!! I had some concerns with it and Steve Norris was extremely accommodating to make sure my spur the moment visit to the dealership wouldn't turn into a poor decision. He allowed to me bring a jeep mechanic over to check it out and test drive it to ensure it would be a good and safe purchase. Being out of state, if there were any questions I had that he didn't know, Steve would go out of his way to get an answer and was extremely patient with me. At NO point did I ever feel like he was just trying to get a sale for push me into a vehicle. After 1,000 questions, I decided to trade my vehicle in and was sent to Traci Roberts for financing and had an equally great experience with her. I didn't see a single customer in the whole store without a smile. I definitely recommend this dealership as they should ALL be like this one!! More

He is extremely patient and when you leave, you know you have gotten the best deal possible from the best dealership. I keep referring Joe to anybody that is looking for a car. I tell them with a Subaru, you can pretty much go anywhere in comfort. I use mine for extreme back roads and my Outback has absolutely blown my mind where it has taken me. Try a Subaru, you won't be truly happy until you do!!!!!! More
