We rolled up to Tucson Subaru around 6 on a Monday, and Peter was right there. He was very welcoming, and got right to exactly what we wanted. Peter was very personable, and comfortable, and relaxed with us. His manner and knowledge made it simple for us to complete our car purchase. Both Peter and Traci stayed late to finish helping us, cleaned and fueled our new car, and made sure we knew the ins and outs of our new vehicle. Bought a Subaru. It was fun. Came in to test drive a WRX. Peter greeted me, took my info, efficiently explained the vehicle's features and we were off. He followed up quickly when I had questions on trim levels and options. I did my online homework regarding the true car value. After my second test drive, we talked numbers and Tucson Subaru's offer was below the lowest range of fair prices online. They also offered more than the competition on my trade in. Peter guided me smoothly through the sales process; no problems. Financing with Traci was excellent. I was treated with respect despite not having recent credit history. Used car purchase. We had seen a used vehicle online at the Subaru lot. Bob Wilson greeted us warmly and proceeded to show us the car as described. There was no sales pressure, which was a welcome relief! He got along famously with my father, daughter, and myself. We did not purchase the car that day, having desired to look further. Bob sent me an email later that day asking if we had found a car. Again, no pressure. And he also sent a video thanking us for the visit. One week later the car went down in price and Bob immediately emailed. I went down there and purchased the vehicle! He was genuinely thrilled that I was able to buy it! All in all a very easy and pleasant experience. More
