What stands about Trent is he stands by his word, and stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process, really managing my expectations, which in my case really meant a lot. Random cool thing: The headlamps were foggy and I asked Trent if anything could be done about it, without hesitation and ease he checked- turns out I got them buffed no problem. I should add that I interacted with a lot of folks; Louie, Traci, and I think it was Tim on the phone, everybody has been great, it's like just ask, no problem we'll take care of you, and they do!
