The salesman (Joe Micoletti) spent a lot of time with me during my initial visit showing me the differences I had two great visits to Tucson Subaru. The salesman (Joe Micoletti) spent a lot of time with me during my initial visit showing me the differences between the three models I was considering (Outback, Forester & Crosstrek) and providing a test drive experience in each model. After pondering my options for about a week, I decided on the Crosstrek. On my second visit to the dealership, Joe helped me (and was very patient) while I spent a long time making various decisions about options, trim levels, colors, etc. I am very happy with my final decision: a Hybrid Crosstrek Touring model. Traci did a great job going through all the necessary paperwork. Everyone who I spoke to at the dealership was friendly, helpful, knowledgable & professional. I got good vibes about the dealership.
