car purchase - return business I purchased a Forester in 2013. This week I purchased a Crostrek as our second vehicle (an old Land Rover) went to the shop one too many times. I ha I purchased a Forester in 2013. This week I purchased a Crostrek as our second vehicle (an old Land Rover) went to the shop one too many times. I had been to the Subaru dealer about a week ago to see if I really liked the Crosstrek or not. I loved it. I was not ready to buy yet though. A week later my Rover had to be towed. I sent my salesman a text, he came and picked me up, and 2.5 hours later I was on the road with my new Crostrek. These vehicles are hard not to love and the staff I have dealt with are nice and not pushy. That is my biggest issue with car purchases. If the staff is great, the experience is great as well. I used my $500 coupon from the previous purchase to extend the maintenance so that a bonus for sure. Thx -- I have already recommended this dealership and vehicles to many of my friends at work and look forward to one day giving the car to grandchild and buying another new car. More
