Good Day to Buy a Car I just dropped in to the dealership on my way to the target store and after talking to Rudy Burneo and test driving the forester I really liked it. Rudy was very helpful and a joy to deal with-no high pressure tactics and he spent a lot of time with me considering I was not yet ready to buy a car. However, I decided to buy it the next day. Based on past experience at other dealerships, my friend was somewhat anxious about having to "endure" the process alone. We were introduced to Trent Nichols who would be our consultant. Right from the start Trent put my friend at ease. He was professional and extremely patient at each stage of the buying experience, making sure that he understood her needs and that she fully understood the various vehicles and purchase options. At no time did he pressure her in any way to make a decision. The result was that my my friend purchased the Subaru she wanted with terms and coverage that met her needs. Jennifer and the Toyota I took my Outback into Tucson Subaru for maintenance and to have the left mirror replaced after breaking it on one of those things that they put in th I took my Outback into Tucson Subaru for maintenance and to have the left mirror replaced after breaking it on one of those things that they put in the road when there's construction. Frank Calvillo, service advisor, helped me track down the reason I couldn't see out the back window at night to back up. There was Limo tint on it! and he arranged to remove it at no cost to me. Thanks Frank! what a great job. While I was there, I met Jennifer Duran, sales person, and got to talking to her about my desire to trade for a Toyota. My Outback was a gorgeous car, just too big for me. She offered to keep me posted on Toyota trades that came in, and she did. I first thought I wanted an FJ because the clearance underneath was important to me. She found one, but it turned out to be too big (and too expensive) for me. A day or so later, she told me (by email) that a RAV4 had come in and I could come and test drive it. What a beautiful car and small enough for me to feel comfortable in, but with good clearance. Jennifer worked with the manager, Loren Henry, to get me a price I could feel comfortable with, and TRACI Roberts worked it out so I would have essentially the same payment I had before. At the end, after taking the Toyota to my mechanic, it was discovered that the shocks needed replacing, and the manager, Loren Henry, offered to pay part of that cost, So really, how cool is that? Overall, and in the details, these folks went to the limit to make me happy. And I really am! Jennifer was great, personable and friendly, which made the whole process work smoothly. Really, everyone I dealt with at Subaru was top notch. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. More

Buying a car is usually a stressful experience, but at Tucson Subaru there is no pressure. I worked with Bob Wilson, who is friendly, professional and kind. He listened to what I was looking for and followed through on everything I wanted and explained the answers to my questions, and was patient and helpful throughout the entire sale. He was up front with cost and options. He sat in the new car with me at the end, even though it was late, to show me everything I needed to know about my car. Traci was excellent with the finance portion of the sale, and I appreciated her patience and help and clear explanations as well. I'm extremely happy with my choice of car and my choice of dealership and feel confident I have bought a great car. More

SOLD on Subaru Our plan was to test drive a car and get a general picture of the car and pricing. However, we drove home in a new car. We liked the look and feel o Our plan was to test drive a car and get a general picture of the car and pricing. However, we drove home in a new car. We liked the look and feel of the vehicle. They had a car in stock that fit so we told the salesman that we would go to lunch and think about it. While having lunch we could not come up with any reason not to get the car that day. I have friends who have had Subarus for years and loved them. I have never talked with anyone who was not completely happy with their Subaru. We are looking forward to our first road trip in our new Outback and years of driving pleasure from it. More
