This experience took up the better part of 5 hours of Steve's time and during that entire period at no time did we feel like we were buying a car. I would liken it to a process of learning about the vehicles we were interested in and being led thru that process by a very courteous, polite and informed young man. During this entire process, at no time was there ever any feeling that the primary purpose projected by Steve was to sell us a vehicle.
