Not only was the process quicker than we've ever experienced, but working with Trent Nichols was like a God-send. He has a kind & joyful demeanor and he is honest, not pushy, and really fought for the pricing we wanted-- making the process a breeze (even with 2 small kids in tow!). We are now proud owners of a 2009 Nissan Quest and we couldn't be happier with it. I would recommend Trent to anyone! We also worked with Traci Roberts for financing and she had us in and out of there in no time. Our kids were able to enjoy the kids room, and mom and dad were able to find our favorite show in their very comfy lounge/theatre area while we waited for Trent to lock down our ideal pricing. Great Experience I had been looking for a new car to pull my small trailer for months - and it ahd to fit my two dogs. I looked at cargo vans, suvs, anything that said it would pull a trailer. One day i looked up Subaru and found that the outback was rated at near 2000 pounds - perfect - but too costly. For months i didn't even look at the webpage because I knew they were too much money. On friday I finally looked up the webpage and found several cars that i liked - and Rudy Burneo. Rudy I talked on the phone and I impressed with his knowledge of the product and the fact that he actually listened to what i needed. Saturday my wife and I went to the dealership - not to buy because we didn't even take the trade in car. Rudy took us out in two different models explained everything we had questions about -- and then offered us a deal we could not pass up. Next we moved onto Traci - what a gem. Very professional and like Rudy friendly and a good listener. Oh and quick since I had to get my Honda which i had left at the service station to get an oil change - remember I am not buying - before it closed. Great folks at this dealership and they are dealing right now on their 2014 inventory. More

Great Sales and service. Purchasing 4 new cars in the past has always been stressful. That’s why we kept the last car for 13 years. Even being prepared by have dealers cost i Purchasing 4 new cars in the past has always been stressful. That’s why we kept the last car for 13 years. Even being prepared by have dealers cost information in addition to rebates/special offers at the time of purchase the process has always been a hassle. On more than one occasion I had walked out of the dealership only to be called back later by the salesman with another offer. At other times the sales person had to go back and forth to the sales manager to check on my offer. Buying a car from Trent was the first time my new car buying experience was excellent, and hassle free. We were considering buying a car later in the year because we wanted to get a Forester with Eyesight (this option was only available on the 2015 model). We made the appointment on a Saturday so we would have time to take the car for a test drive and wound up buying it. Trent gave us a price that was in line with the discount I would have gotten if I had used a buying service. His follow up support is also first class. I had an issue paring the garage door opener and gave him a call. Trent got back to me within 10 minutes with the info needed. On another occasion I had an issue with the sound on the Navigation system that couldn’t be resolved over the phone. I drove to the dealership and Trent took the time to troubleshoot the problem. It didn’t take him long to find an obscure setting that needed to be changed. You can’t go wrong buying a car from Trent. He is personable, friendly, and well grounded, and honest. I would also like to give a shout out to Tracy Roberts, Finance Manager who was a pleasure to deal with, and made this part of the buying process easy. My wife likes the car so much she has become the primary driver. This is the first time this has happened since we bought a first car a Datsun 1200 in 1972. More
