He showed me all the figures - MSRP, Dealer Cost - and all my options, and I drove away the same day (thanks to Traci's financial skills) in not only the new 2015 Forester Premium I had hoped for but also with a new life-long friend! Great Experience I had an appointment with Rudy on a Friday that I couldn't make. I called Rudy and let him know. He was very understanding and worked with me. I told him I would be in on Saturday but wasn't sure what time I would be in. I came in right after sales opened. I asked for Rudy at the front desk. Pam called him to let him know I was there to meet him and I went out to look at some of the cars on the lot. Rudy came out and met me. He was very interested in what I was looking for. I told him that I was interested in the Forrester and the Outback. He showed me each vehicle and explained the differences and similarities. He also took the time to pop the hood and explain the boxer engine. We drove both vehicles and I decided on the Outback. I was trading in another vehicle and Rudy was awesome at helping me get a great deal on my trade. Once the deal was made I was introduced to Traci who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all the extra coverages that are normally offeredby every dealer. She didn't try to shove anything down my throat or make me feel pressured in any way to buy any of the extras. She took the time to answer all of my questions and knew the answer to all of my questions. Overall my experience and expectations were exceeded by everyone I had contact with during my time at the dealership. I would and will recommend Tucson Subaru to all of my friends and family! More

Best Purchase Experience Ever I was impressed by Subaru's reliability reputation to replace the 15 year old van that I had driven since my kids were in high school and in which th I was impressed by Subaru's reliability reputation to replace the 15 year old van that I had driven since my kids were in high school and in which they had learned to drive. The Forester suited my needs. I had done research online about pricing. I test drove a couple of models at the dealership and the salesperson focused on the basic car. My wife actually pressured me to get the Eye Sight and radio and navigation upgrades. So I go the leather, sunroof and more....I figure the $1500 that I got for the 15 year old van covered some that. The online price was accepted the paper work was done in about 30 minutes. They let me drive the new Forester home to get my checkbook to buy it. I have purchased about 15 new cars over the years and this was best - hassle free experience ever. Thanks Kevin and Tracy...got no pressure or stress from you! More

Wonderful car buying experience My wife and I came in to compare the new Outback to last year's model, as well as the Forester, and we ended up driving away in a brand new Outback - My wife and I came in to compare the new Outback to last year's model, as well as the Forester, and we ended up driving away in a brand new Outback - which we couldn't love more. The entire experience was very honest, incredibly low-pressure and quite enjoyable. Curt McHenry was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us the information we were looking for on the model comparisons, and his patience made us feel like we could take all night to make our decision (and we almost did - we were the last ones to leave, after closing time - but not one person made us feel rushed). Traci in finance was very pleasant and honest with us, and made us feel comfortable and allowed us the time to discuss the decisions - no pressure. Even so, it was the most efficient and smooth new car contract process i have ever experienced! And John Petersavage, thanks for making us feel like one of the family - you have a great team, and please forward our thanks to Rocky! Not only was the process quicker than we've ever experienced, but working with Trent Nichols was like a God-send. He has a kind & joyful demeanor and he is honest, not pushy, and really fought for the pricing we wanted-- making the process a breeze (even with 2 small kids in tow!). We are now proud owners of a 2009 Nissan Quest and we couldn't be happier with it. I would recommend Trent to anyone! We also worked with Traci Roberts for financing and she had us in and out of there in no time. Our kids were able to enjoy the kids room, and mom and dad were able to find our favorite show in their very comfy lounge/theatre area while we waited for Trent to lock down our ideal pricing.
