Of all the dealerships, Tucson Subaru was the friendliest, most informative, and direct. This was due in large part to our salesman, Trent Nichols. There was no back and forth negotiations about price like at the other dealerships. We told trent what we could finance and he gave us the model we could afford. In fact he arranged, with the help of Traci Roberts, a financial plan that gave us a car model one level above what we originally planned for only fifteen dollars more per month. And oh, by the way, our Subaru is one heck of a great car! More

Traci, the financial person, was very amiable and personable, and explained all our options very thoroughly, presented us with all the financing alternatives we requested, and handled the paperwork professionally with full explanations. It was refreshing to deal with Traci after some experiences we have had at other dealerships, where the financial people were both indifferent and condescending.
