I had my 2017 Ridgeline truck in for warranty work. One item was a torque converter. After returning home I discovered that the transmission seal was torn and leaking. A snafu occurred at the dealership and I had the seal replaced by a local auto repair shop. The dealership was notified and I received a check from them to cover the out-of-pocket repair cost. The dealership made a mistake and made it right. For this I am thankful. More
