Every time I go to Toyota advantage I am always taken care of listened to, respected, and given accurate consistent information they give me the time I will be staying there for whatever reason I need to care of listened to, respected, and given accurate consistent information they give me the time I will be staying there for whatever reason I need to be there and it’s never without the correct timeframe and they constantly text me in regards to services where I’m at as far as waiting for my vehicle to be serviced in that time I will sit in the waiting room have a cappuccino enjoy or I will run down the block and go get myself in trouble and do some shopping in between and they are always able to give me a free car wash which I always look forward to I’ve been to other dealerships and have not had the same type of consistent customer service experience and I will continue to always recommend them to friends and family if they are interested in Toyota products thank you.
