I am not satisfied with your system of making appointments. I have twice experienced having an appointment for a particular service only to get there and find out that the service could not be p appointments. I have twice experienced having an appointment for a particular service only to get there and find out that the service could not be performed because the people in the service section had no prior communication with the person who made the appointment. This causes a great inconvenience and a waste of money. You must make every effort to do better in this regard. More

I recently received a letter from Toyota about a possible problem with the magnetic clutch on my 2019 RAV4. I called and made an appointment to check out this issue, and dropped off my car. What I experience problem with the magnetic clutch on my 2019 RAV4. I called and made an appointment to check out this issue, and dropped off my car. What I experienced was less than I expected, because in the past I had always had a very positive experience. Needless to say, after my submitting a somewhat negative review, I received a completely different experience when I took the car back on Tuesday, September 14th, everything I had complained about was addressed and corrected. I’m very happy with this outcome. It proves that if you’re unhappy with the service you receive, be upfront and make your concerns known. Obviously management at Advantage is concerned about their image and customer opinion. I would like to thank the service department for the concern and care they showed me, I have no regrets and hopefully we can move forward on a good note. More

Dropped my car on Friday, 9/3,for a 10:20am appt regarding the letter I received about a faulty magnetic clutch. I was told I would get a get a call sometime in the afternoon. Missed the call at 2:16 that there was no one to test drive and do diagnostic work on my car and that I would receive a call before 4 pm . I called the service department at 2:30 left a voicemail message, called again at 2:40 left another message. No one called me back. Saturday morning I called at 8 am was on hold her 40 minutes, only to be told that the part needed for my car had to be ordered and the earliest it would be in would be Tuesday, Sept. 7th. I took an Uber to pick up my car. I got a text message on 9/7 at 9:16am, that my car had been serviced and was ready for pickup. Really!,, I picked up my car on Saturday, and it hadn’t been serviced, This morning I get another text saying the part was in and I should call to make an appointment. I did, and the first available is Tuesday, Sept 14th at 7am. I had a funeral today, while in the cemetary, I get a call saying the part was in and I should schedule an appointment for service, I just pray that who ever services my car is certified and repairs my car correctly. I am truly disappointed in their experience. By the way, no offer of a shuttle ride home or a loaner to use. I have never experienced such incompetence, if Toyota knows there is a recall or parts issue, one would think they would keep the parts in stock for replacement. Also being placed on hold for more than 5 minutes is also unacceptable. Each time I was placed on hold was 20-40 minutes, More

There was poor communication. The Loaner vehicle was disgusting. I don't think the interior has ever been cleaned which is a nightmare, especially during these Covid times.
