I walked in just to look at new cars mainly because my son recommended Subaru. There was only one vehicle that filled the bill of what I wanted but it wasn't the right color. I will hand it to the sales manager and the sales associate that they went all out to find what I wanted. They did find a vehicle at another dealership after a great deal of effort.. These folks really put an effort into finding what I wanted, no pressure or sales pitches. Travis, the sales associate I had the pleasure of dealing with, is a fine young man who knows his product. He was interested in finding what I wanted.The staff were first rate and I appreciate their aggressiveness in finding the right car. Thanks! More

Travis is LITERALLY, the BEST! Had some initial issues about a Crosstrek Sport availability, but, Travis kept us on track! He even called back a few days after my initial purchase to let me know of a bett about a Crosstrek Sport availability, but, Travis kept us on track! Ever since this dealership opened I have been using their service department and the Chandler site before that. They have taken good care of my two former Subarus and now they made the transition to a newer service department and the Chandler site before that. Because of our age we wanted the latest safety features available. Not only did they help us understand these new features and how they worked, they got us behind the wheel of one easily and quickly. We wish everyone could have should such an pleasant and smooth car purchase experience. And we get to continue to return not only for maintenance but even for any questions about our new car which is a lot more complex than our first cars. George was super friendly and not pushy at all in the finance department. The process was pretty quick and easy. We usually have buyers remorse when it comes to bigger purchases however that is not the case here. There were no hidden fees and with us being out of state they charged us appropriately for the tax. One of the best car buying experiences we have had. More

This was our first Subaru experience and it was totally awesome! We came in not knowing exactly what we wanted but we knew where we needed to be within our budget.
