Great overall Experience Dwight was awesome as always. Never felt pressured, was allowed time to do the neccessary due diligence in order to make the right vehicle selection. Smooth Process I bought an Infiniti Q50 from Carl Black Orlando last week. It was a very smooth process. The only thing I objected to was a pre-installed safety devi I bought an Infiniti Q50 from Carl Black Orlando last week. It was a very smooth process. The only thing I objected to was a pre-installed safety device that allows the Dole light to flash a few extra times. It was a couple of hundred dollars I would rather have not spent. Also, they sent me home with a half tank of gas. To be fair, if I had noticed before I left the dealership I'm sure they would have filled it up. Unfortunately, I came from Wesley Chapel to Orlando to buy the car and had to fill up with $35 worth of premium gas by the time I got home. The salesman, Leo Willis, was great. I highly recommend him. More

John fought for exactly what we wanted and I have never made a deal with all paperwork signed and out the door faster in my life! Definitely recommend jOhn and many others at this location! Got what I wanted without sprouting new gray hairs! This dealership experience was pretty awesome. I found the exact specific truck I wanted, drove there and was greeted by their team but never once fel This dealership experience was pretty awesome.
