I had purchased a new phone and attempted to transfer/connect it with my Toyota multimedia console and failed. Travis M. told me if I ever had any questions or concerns to call him or stop by. Devin J. was so professional and polite with me. He said he didn't know everything about technology but he would give it a try. I have always used the dealership for service & have generally been satisfied. The last two visits, however, both service technicians listed necessary services that my vehicle needs, yet both times I co generally been satisfied. The last two visits, however, both service technicians listed necessary services that my vehicle needs, yet both times I corrected them providing dates and mileage when those services were already performed. Either their database is wrong or they are trying to upsell services. Once corrected they apologized but it has happened twice now. Please ensure the technicians recommend only those services that are required based on vehicle history. More
