If I could give it zero stars that would still be too many. Do not buy a car from this dealership. Take the extra time and find any other Honda dealer. We tried to buy a Honda civic that we were told jus many. Do not buy a car from this dealership. Take the extra time and find any other Honda dealer. We tried to buy a Honda civic that we were told just arrived today. Our sales contact said his manager confirmed they would hold the car till we got there in 3 hours. Took the day off of work, drove down to get it. Surprise…the car is already sold to someone else??!! The manager said he never agreed to hold a car, they don’t hold cars for anyone. Even though I have a text from his dealership saying they are holding it. Who treats their customers this way. We won’t forget, we will tell story to everyone who will listen. Stay far away from this place. Do better Honda of Kenosha. More
