Im so glad I chose to come to heritage Toyota. They were so welcoming and easy going. Did not push me and really cared about my wants and needs. Everyone i worked with , even from the start of calling in and speaking with Ed was so welcoming and caring! I was recently in a auto mobile accident and lost my dream car and they really made me at ease throughout the entire experience! Trevor did an amazing professional job as well as treated me with respect and kindness in my situation. I can't say enough about how good I was treated and how easy it was to purchase a vehicle. More

Frankie stepped up in some key moments to address my concerns and keep the process moving forward. Christine not only made the transaction effortless and easy to digest, she spotted a small discrepancy in the numbers and saved me $200. We laughed, we cried, and in the end realized that the real treasure wasn't the bitchin' Tacoma I drove away with, it was the memories we created along the way. More

Trevor was fantastic to work with. He kept us informed of our 4Runner status during the build and subsequent shipping.
