Ok experience. Crack in windshield only sort of fixed. There was a windshield crack, or star, that I was promised would be repaired. I guess repair is a relative term here. I understand that windshield stars are often still visible after a repair. But I also understand that they take longer than 10 minutes to fix properly and should have at least some reduced visibility. John promised it would be "fixed" and his manager said that this sort-of-repair is "what we had agreed to do for you." So yeah, I know how this works, nice job, you got me. Will not be returning to Wolfchase for service, or for future car shopping. Neither will my family or friends. I honestly shouldn't have to be a shark to get a fair deal from you guys. But hey congrats, you got my money. But only this time. More

my experience was terrible May 14th I came to buy a new car. I had Ali from Nissian help me at Honda. I asked before even test driving if I had to use their financing people. Then when I was calling them and waiting, he kept rushing me. Then someone popped out the glass office "are we doing a deal or not". Well 2 weeks later i traded it in for the better but same year and brand new car for same price. When I went to cancel all the warranties, 1 guy said i could but he couldnt find all the paper work. Then 2 weeks later 1 guy said i couldnt because i didnt do it soon enough. That was June 20th. Then head of it all was impossible to reach until i left a voicemail letting him know id be there in 10 min. Then I heard back from Richard Hall. That was July 3rd. He said He could refund all 4 refunds. On July 10th i asked if it had all been sent in. He said he did it that day. Today is September 23rd. I have gotten 3 of 4 checks. Ive been calling to get the phone number to the warranty and they don't answer my calls. Trevor was the only one who seemed to care about my issue. and actually wanted to help get things right. Oh and when Carl originally saw my new paper work, He told me how they could have done better than that price? I was paying the same for the base model there as the sport from covington pike. More
