I traded my 8 year old Outback, my third Subaru purchase since 1998, for my fourth Subaru -the 2018 Crosstek. Very fair trade in value and discount off sticker price. Paperwork quickly processed, and car was made ready for me same day to drive away. And I am delighted with the newly updated and remodeled Crosstek which packs a lot of value in a reasonable list price. I have had my 2010 Outback serviced at Crews Subaru since purchased. Service department and staff (Jason, Matt, and Doug) are very knowledgeable, polite, and capable. And Kevin and his colleagues like Brett in the parts department have always been helpful, and parts arrive quickly. I can enthusiastically recommend this dealership as well as Subaru vehicles. I doubt I will ever buy another brand. More

It was towed directly to Crews Collision upon my request. Little did I know this would be the best "instant" decision I would ever make! Everyone at their collision center was incredible, kept me well informed, worked diligently with my insurance company, and ensured that my safety came first. The car was finally totaled and I met the incredible sales staff at Crews Subaru. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me during this frustrating time. Trey asked if I needed any help, ended up taking me on a test I came in for service on my Outback and was waiting in the lobby looking at a Crosstrek. Trey asked if I needed any help, ended up taking me on a test drive and negotiating a really great deal on the exact 2017 Crosstrek Limited I wanted. After purchase, he even drove over to my office to pick it up and take it back to have a small spot on the leather seat removed. Highly recommended! More
