I was not intending to buy that day, but simply to investigate the Edge and left with a brand new beautiful cherry red Titanium with 12 miles on it. Everyone was most helpful and graciouis, making this the best experience I have had in buying a car. Now that I have a few miles on the auto, I can say that they have kept their word in obtaining an after market item for me, and answered my questions about functionality quickly and accurately. I intend to use the availabale technical support for the electonics as the occasion arises. All in all this was a very good experience, and the fact that I have a great vehicle doesn't hurt either. More

I finally gave up and was referred to the awesome team at Sam Pack's by a friend. I decided to give them a try at making me a deal (with little hope). After months of working with another dealer with the back and forth, I spent a couple of days (because I was out of town and only available via phone and email) before I was presented with a very pleasing deal! I spent less than 3 hours in the actual dealership before I was on my way home in a nicer vehicle than I thought I could afford. I am beyond pleased with my experience. Repairs taking too long and can't get a straight answer According to the insurance estimate, it should have taken two weeks to repair the damage to my car from a minor accident. It has now been SIX weeks. According to the insurance estimate, it should have taken two weeks to repair the damage to my car from a minor accident. It has now been SIX weeks. Every time I ask why it is taking so long and when will the car be ready, I am told that they are waiting on parts. According to the phone conversation with the collision center this morning, the car has been sitting in the service department for two weeks waiting on parts for them to do the alignment and they still don't know when the car is going to be ready. Nobody there seems to be at all concerned about getting my car fixed and getting it back to me. I am not making payments on a car just so it can sit in the repair shop. UPDATE: I received a response to contact the General Manager. I spoke to him and he said he would look into this and get back with me, which he never did. I spoke to the Service Director yesterday and was told the car was finished and that they would go over it first thing this morning and get it cleaned up and ready for us to pick up. I was also told that someone would call me in the morning to let me know what time it would be ready. Just got a a call at 3:00 in the afternoon that they just found more work that needs to be done on it and it will be another day before the care is ready. More
