New car for my daughter I was in the market for a new car and had 2 cars I wanted to trade in and get a sports car off my insurance. I have been buying cars since 1989 and I I was in the market for a new car and had 2 cars I wanted to trade in and get a sports car off my insurance. I have been buying cars since 1989 and I have never been in and out of a dealer as happy and as satisfied as I was at Sam Pack Ford!! Jeff Long was my salesman and he met all my needs with what I was looking for and represented the dealership as well as his GM Trey Russell superbly!! I will be buying my next vehicle here in the future!! More

new car for wife There is no way to describe our visit to 5 Star Ford in Carrollton Texas and the way my Family was treated by salesman Rueben Krause , GM Trey Russell There is no way to describe our visit to 5 Star Ford in Carrollton Texas and the way my Family was treated by salesman Rueben Krause , GM Trey Russell and David in finance as superior to excellent. These 3 gentlemen and their whole staff at this location made you feel like family. This is the first time in a long time in purchasing a new vehicle that was as easy and extremely comfortable. We will be returning customers. in the near future. Repairs taking too long and can't get a straight answer According to the insurance estimate, it should have taken two weeks to repair the damage to my car from a minor accident. It has now been SIX weeks. According to the insurance estimate, it should have taken two weeks to repair the damage to my car from a minor accident. It has now been SIX weeks. Every time I ask why it is taking so long and when will the car be ready, I am told that they are waiting on parts. According to the phone conversation with the collision center this morning, the car has been sitting in the service department for two weeks waiting on parts for them to do the alignment and they still don't know when the car is going to be ready. Nobody there seems to be at all concerned about getting my car fixed and getting it back to me. I am not making payments on a car just so it can sit in the repair shop. UPDATE: I received a response to contact the General Manager. I spoke to him and he said he would look into this and get back with me, which he never did. I spoke to the Service Director yesterday and was told the car was finished and that they would go over it first thing this morning and get it cleaned up and ready for us to pick up. I was also told that someone would call me in the morning to let me know what time it would be ready. Just got a a call at 3:00 in the afternoon that they just found more work that needs to be done on it and it will be another day before the care is ready. More

Love my Fords and 5Star!!!!!!!! I have bought 6 vehicles from this dealership in the last 18 years so I would say that I am extremely happy with them and also I would highly recomme I have bought 6 vehicles from this dealership in the last 18 years so I would say that I am extremely happy with them and also I would highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service to anyone who wants to know. My son and my sister have also bought their new trucks at 5Star this year as well. I worked with David Keen (who by the way was AWESOME) in purchasing my Expedition this month. 2014 Escape Titanium lease 7/5/14 My wife and I visited this dealership on the recommendation of Jerry Reynolds,"The Car Pro". We were greeted by Melanie Lucero and after informing her My wife and I visited this dealership on the recommendation of Jerry Reynolds,"The Car Pro". We were greeted by Melanie Lucero and after informing her of Jerry's recommendation she took us to see Trey Russell. Trey is the contact person for The Car Pro listeners. Melanie then took us to the Escapes available on the lot. I had originally thought I would want an SE, but after seeing the Titaniums and being so well informed and shown the technology available with this upgrade I knew this was what I wanted. We found one on the lot that had everything we wanted and after a test drive we went back to see Trey for pricing. The entire process, from entering the lot to getting the lease priced to fit our needs to the final financing experience with Brandon Matthews, was a truly enjoyable experience. I love my Escape and will definitely come back to this dealership for future leases or purchases. More

Turned a bad situation into a good one! My husband and I had had a serious problem with a Ford Taurus we bought last year. We were worried about the car's safety and I wanted us to get a new, more reliable car. We went back to Sam Pack Ford at Carrollton for their assistance in this matter. With the help of David Keen and the General Manager (Trey), we were able to achieve this goal. The two of them worked with my husband and gave us an incredible deal on a new car. I'm very happy that they understood our concerns and went above and beyond to give us piece of mind. At this point, we have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership and these two men. Exellent help through David Keen, Brandon Matthews and even the General Manager Tray made this a good experience. David and I went thrugh all options and specifications in great details. If there was something I did not fully understand, David would show me a vehicle with that option and explain in detail. He answered every question I could come up with. He was very friendly and helpful. Brandon helped me understand the various extended warrenties, financing assistance and other bussiness related options. Again he was very friendly and helpful. Tray provided assistance in the final negoations concerning pricing. He had some very good ideas and helped arrive at a price agreeable to all parties. More
